The ball is on Friday, 28th July (week 2, semester 2). Doors will open at 8pm and will close at 9pm.
IS THERE ONLY ONE BALL?
Yep. This years’ ball is on one night only for all Massey Wellington Students.
WHERE WILL THE BALL BE HELD?
We’re excited to be hosting the 2017 Ball at Shed 6, on Wellington’s stunning Waterfront. Shed 6 is biggest and best venue than we’ve ever had and we can’t wait to party with you all! Drop off will be on Queen’s Wharf, next to the Museum of Wellington City and Sea.
WILL THERE BE DOOR SALES?
There are unlikely to be door sales, as we expect the ball to sell out well in advance. We advise you to get your tickets ASAP!
CAN I BRING GUESTS WHO ARE NOT MASSEY STUDENTS?
Yes, there are limited tickets available for Massey Wellington Students to bring guests. Choose ‘with a plus-one’ as the ticket type when you are placing your order.
WHAT IF I’M UNDER 18/MY PARTNER IS UNDER 18?
The ball is R18 and standard alcohol licencing rules apply. This means that nobody under 18 will be admitted to the venue at any time.
WHAT ID DO I NEED TO BRING?
You must bring legal proof of age to get into the ball. This means either your driver’s licence, passport, or HANZ 18+ card. Your Massey ID will not be accepted.
DO I NEED TO BRING A TICKET?
You will need to bring either a print out of your ticket or show it to us on your phone. This will be emailed to you closer to the event.
CAN I ADD A GUEST AFTER I HAVE RESERVED OR PURCHASED MY TICKET?
Yes, as long as there are still plus-one tickets available! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make any amendments to your ticket. Please do not submit the order form again.
I DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL WITH PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
It’s probably in your junk box! If you’ve looked there and still can’t find it, email email@example.com and we will suss it out for you.
I HAVEN’T HEARD WHETHER YOU’VE RECEIVED MY PAYMENT
Confirmation emails will be sent out every Friday, so if you pay on the weekend or early in the week, we won’t match it up and confirm until the next Friday – if you still haven’t heard after that, touch base and we can check for you.
