BANTER & BREWS
Banter & Brews are all about creating and facilitating connections between design students, alumni and industry professionals.
MACS is a group of students working together to help other students have a better time at Uni and be better prepared for the big wide world.
MASTERS' EMOTIONAL SUPPORT SOCIETY (MESS)
Masters Emotional Support Society (MESS) is a club for masters students at Massey University completing their individual masters research; to be part of a collective community to help with the research lifestyle, programmes, and stresses.
We aim to connect students with professional journalists. We will be bringing in guest speakers, networking for internships and careers, learning the ropes of journalism, and connecting with professors at Massey.
MASSEY PHOTO CLUB
Photo Club is a space for anyone interested in photography. We host workshops, movie nights, quizzes, gallery visits, competitions, and more. We have weekly meet-ups on campus.
MASSEY WELLINGTON NURSING CLUB
The Nursing Club is here to promote academic success and social collaboration across the Nursing programme.
BOARD AT MASSEY
We are a group of students who enjoy board and card games in a fun, social environment. With new games each week, you’ll never get bored!
The Chinese Students' Association provide support and social activities for Chinese students at Massey and after.
ISOC provides networking and a sense of belonging for all students and a platform and for both international and domestic students to mingle, learn from each other and organise and run their own events.
Koha Coffee is a club that exists to create space to build community over coffee. We run a tea and coffee cart in the Campus Co-Lab space (Block 9, Level C) on Wednesdays 10am-2pm, and The Lounge (Block 9, Level B) Thursdays from 10am-2pm.
Kōkiri Ngātahi are our sister association, providing support and community for Māori students. The name, meaning ‘Advance Together’, recognises the importance of Manaakitanga and whakawhanaungatana for success and describes the way Māori students, in one strong unit, must persevere and strive forward to achieve goals.
MASSEY ASSOCIATION OF PASIFIKA STUDENTS (MAPS)
MAPS is a club where Pasifika students can come together in a family environment to share their thoughts about their studies and get any support they need.
Uni Q is a Queer representative group, providing support and running events for queer students and friends at Massey Wellington.
The Massey Wellington Expressive Arts Club is your hub for everything media, creative writing and theatre. Feel free to post up events, writing competitions, development workshops, jobs or anything else connected with expressive arts and creativity in general! We have events and catch ups throughout the year-- so stay tuned.
Bringing students together through dance, choreography and performances and dance videos. Focussing on hip-hop, breaking, contemporary, freestyle – you name it we jam it.
Get together with the film club, watch films, make films and review and chat about films. Field trips throughout the year.
Providing a social art space for students to practice life drawing skills at minimal cost and develop friendships with like-minded students.
SOMETHING SOMETHING MUSIC
Music in Wellington is thriving, and Something Something is here to document it. We are a student-led music industry organisation providing a platform for emerging artists from the grassroots of Wellington’s music scene.
VRTX is a collective of students, professionals, and cyborgs. We bring creative people together to explore and design with virtual technologies. Whether you are a VR native or a total newbie we are here to facilities ideas, projects, and general interest. Whether it be work or play, come join us!
Social, mixed teams who participate in the weekly league run by the rec centre each semester – entry fees are subsidised.
MORC are all about awesome adventures both during the semester and over the long summer holidays. Think snow, surf, hiking, mountain biking camping, you name it they’re keen!
MASSEY UNIVERSITY ROWING CLUB (MURC)
Massey Rowing Club is a fun, social club for all rowers, competitive and social.
Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, social sport. This club provides the opportunity to learn how to play, meet new people and join the Wellington Ultimate community.

CHRISTIAN UNION MASSEY WELLINGTON
We are an on-campus Christian community with a simple vision: love god, and love others as ourselves. We aim to do this by living an undivided life for Christ, sharing the love of Christ with others, and loving who god has created us to be.
GREENS @ MASSEY
We are a group of students who aim to promote political discussion around the policies of The Green Party of Aotearoa. We seek to promote the values of environmental wisdom, social responsibility, gender equality, non-violence & commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through our activities on campus.
MASSEY LABOUR SUPPORTERS
Our goal is to create a platform for the students of Massey to discuss important political topics, as well as creating an environment for students to be informed and to play an active role in government and to create a direct link between the university and the NZ Labour Party.
MASSEY WELLINGTON RED CROSS
We’re here to connect people with volunteering opportunities serving the community, lead members to have long-term volunteer opportunities, and to be informed of what’s happening in the Red Cross community.
Student Life Wellington is part of Student Life NZ. Student Life is a happening group of Christians around the country who are keen to help people on their spiritual journey towards knowing God personally.
