Clubs Affiliation Form
This is what you will need to have filled out along with the Clubs Constitution if you want to apply for affiliation as a mawsa club. Make sure you have a good read so you know what its all about! Click here to download it.

Clubs Constitution
This is the big daddy of your club. It is full of information about how you can operate and what you have to do to stay a mawsa affiliated club. It is important to know what’s what or else you may not be eligible for funding. Click here and its all yours.

Clubs Grants Form
Here is the grants form. After being affiliated, you can apply for funding from mawsa in one of our four funding rounds. Details are inside the document on when these are, and what you can apply for. Just remember, grants are given at the discretion of the executive, so don’t assume anything. ANYTHING. Just kidding, they aren’t that cold-hearted. Click here to download it.

Class

Class Grants Form
Classes can also apply for funding for special events. There is also special conditions surrounding this (such as we won’t pay for your alcohol) and most things will require a quote. If you’re unsure about anything just ask us. Click here to download the pdf.
